i got a 2.0t stinger. im looking for an exhaust that is not particularly loud when just cruising but will let out a bark when i get on it. any suggestions?

Hey! I heard JunB.L has really nice sound so far as of 2.0t. I have a 3.3t but i heard a 2.0t from jun its pretty good. Try calling Concept 3 Performance. Cause 2.0t isnt popular but i know Concept 3 has connects to JunB.L.

Sounds good I will reach out to them. Thank you for the advice.

I was hoping someone could direct me to the thread (if there is one) that will help me figure out some exhaust options for my 3.3tt GT. I know a few full systems are out there. Like four or so, from Borla and Ark, etc. has anyone just done some deletes or swapped out mufflers? What kind of “custom” work has been done so far? Any ideas or experiences would be appreciated.

I’m looking into this myself but want to find something a bit cheaper than what’s out there now. I’m sure you could contact some local shops to see if they can make custom exhaust for you. Might be cheaper ... I will be doing this in the next few months but really thinking of just taking mufflers off

I was thinking of that too. Would that do anything for performance? Would it need a tune to make it worth it? I swapped for the K&N CAI already.

Yea intake and muffler delete adds about 30 hp or so... exhaust is very restrictive .. it will give a better sound and more power... and cheaper than doing full exhaust . Full exhaust would ideally be better though ...

How would it be better? And how much better?

Well you will get more power and better sound, you can go on YouTube and listen to stingers with various exhausts and even check out tork motor sports Youtube where they have sound clip of their stinger with muffler delete... but taking muffler off for very little or spending 1400 on full exhaust is big difference .. maybe someone else can chime in

You can go custom but then again sometimes custom uses shitty materials and welds arent great. Make sure you go to someone reputable. Ive been hearing custom shops charge just as much as a full catback and/or downpipe. I agree stock is very restrictive. Therefore recommend a downpipe and catback. That way you still have primary cat. and you only lose secondary.

I did muffler deletes and the drone noise drove me crazy.... Had to put mufflers back on...now searching for nice option without the irritating drone.

The drone on the Stinger is pretty bad. It took us quite a bit of time developing our GRiP exhaust to minimize drone as much as possible that is acceptable for most drivers. Are you trying to make a custom muffler?

I just want a more aggressive sound without the annoying drone.
