You on stock ecu ? hitting 15-16lbs of boost is crazy high if stock ecu !
My first recommendation would be not to manually log, just use the automatic logging that kicks in at 80% throttle and do a single WOT pass from 20-30mph up to 70-80 or whatever you have room for. This log is ~4500 rows, with only ~200 above 80% throttle, and most are quick 5-10mph bursts that don't let us see how the car behaves as it builds boost.
The only section where you're at WOT long enough to see much is above (mph/gear in dark green, variables to focus on in light green, values of note in yellow). I'm guessing this is a 4 cylinder since ign_5 & ign_6 have wacky values. I'm not as familiar with stock/tuned boost levels, but I don't see the computer yanking timing (ign_1) or boost (/target), or dropping fuel pressure (fp_h). AFR also looks healthy.
Ign_2 through 4 dial back 3 degrees briefly but unless the 4cyl has different rules I don't think this is a big deal. A good 20-30 through 70-80mph WOT run would let us see how it behaves at the top of a few gears though.
