Limp mode

I recently had the Ultimate Performance mid/down combo pipes installed on my car. Ever since, the car goes into limp mode when pushed close to redline. Is there any tune or mods that can resolve this issue?

Over boost or something else? Full catless can cause issues as mentioned many times in this forum.
