*New Record* 460WHP+ Kia Stinger GT 3.3T
LAP3 Pro-Tuner - R&D Update
467.4ps/66.6kgm (461WHP/486ft-lbs)
93 octane, Full Catless Exhaust, 3.5-4psi over stock.

The Front Mount Intercooler upgrade may be needed to make more power to break into 470whp. We could perhaps make it up to 500whp with race gas. R&D isn't finished yet. We have made a lot of revisions, including hardware & firmware changes. We are doing our best to finalize everything to have them available in the U.S. market, so stay tuned!

Sheesh. A $40k RS7 fighter!

Looking good!

I will definitely be the first in Kuwait to get this installed, maybe even in the whole middle east. Good work coming from you guys.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
What is the 1/4 mile time is the important question. Very impressive!

Very impressive, nice work! Would like to see that dyno graph over a stock baseline, to see what the tradeoff is at lower RPM ...

The torque curve is odd compared to other Stingers. Others spike to max Tq at 2700 rpm and go flat. This one curves up and maxes at 4k rpm.

Looks like one of the drawbacks of piggyback systems, can't adjust the factory torque limit curve perhaps?

How much power does it add to a stock car?

The torque curve is likely looking that way because they're running catless. Just doing my custom downpipes and 2-cat delete changed my car's torque feel pretty dramatically, so this makes sense to see if all the cats were removed. MUST HAS MEOW POWAAAA!!!

Is full cat-less throwing the CEL? If not, how are you dealing with that? Looks like the piggyback is handling the overbooat issue well.

When will this be released any updates??

Catless would do the opposite. Faster turbo spool and even lower RPM to max torque.
You can see a catless vs stock on this Tork vid at the 2:50 mark.

The opposite of what? Changing the torque curve? These are tiny turbos, they're going to be much more sensitive to back pressure changes. A drastic change in the torque curve is literally what I experienced from driving after custom downpipe work. Though, these dynos are all at RPMS well above the spoolup range where back pressure is all bad, so I can't entirely explain why it starts out so much lower. Maybe it's the conversion from KSG to FT-LBs that has people confused?

Opposite meaning the torque should peek even faster (not slower) due to less back pressure and faster spool.
