Sadly, if the ECU was installed in your car and paired with your VIN, then the tune is useless to anyone else. At this point the ECU is simply a "spare" ECU. Only worth $250-$300. It will need to be sent back to Lap3 and paid to be unlocked and re-flashed to the new owners specification.

Are you selling the ECU and TCU separately? What is the cost of each? Is the $900 for both? If so, this is a great deal!
