TrueDelta updates actual repair frequencies, not just dots, four times a year to track cars' reliability closely as they age.

Participants simply report repairs quarterly on a one-page survey. No repairs? Then the response is little more than an approximate odometer reading.

I'll share updated stats in this thread once we have them.

I'd personally like to have stats as soon as possible for the Stinger. So I'm grateful that the owner of this forum suggested that I post this thread. To encourage participation, participants receive full access to all results for free.

Welcome aboard! Thank you for signing up. It's good to see you here... :)

I'm glad these are being done. However surveys like this are somewhat misleading. Consider the difference between a 600HP BMW M5 and a 150HP Toyota. The Bimmer is going to be thrashed. The Toyota will be hauling groceries. Which one do you think is the "better" car with regard to durability and reliability?

i agree to a point, but, the person who can afford to buy a 600 hp bmw will have the money to repair that while the toyota will accumulate several hundred thousand miles, go through several owners and end up grenading its engine on I95 during rush hour on a monday morning during a rainstorm. not that i am being specific or difficult.
