So I have been researching for stinger GT2 for quite a bit now before being confused between Genesis G70 and this magnificent beast.
so I have finally started talking to dealers now and here is the price whats being given to me.
1. Could you tell me if the deal is great, good , bad or can be done better. And if can be done better, can you let me know what areas I can squeeze the dealer.
what else I can ask and is missing from my end to finalize the deal. I have seen many threads of getting the car value around 36-37k. I don't know how I can reach there but definitely closer it seems.

This is for the Raleigh, North Carolina.
dealer quote:

"
Ok, so for 24 months 10,000 miles you are looking at around $525 a month with $4,300 down. An out the door of $41,453.25. Rate factor is .53, Rate is .00207, Rebate is $10,200, ACQ FEE $650, DOC FEE $649, and the residual would be $29,257.20

"

GT2. MSRP is $54,180.
Dealer Discount: $5,000
Rebates: 10,200

Do you think its the right price? acq and doc fee are this high only? because that's another 1300.
Advice needed!

So MSRP is $54,180 Discount -$5,000 Rebate - $10,200 Adjusted price $38,980 Doc fee $649 Tax $407 Non tax fees(including Acq fee, title, license)$1,416.60 = $41,453.25

Seems like a pretty decent deal. Could you do better? Maybe? Another $500 or so in dealer discount, but that’s probably it. The prices you see ($37-38) were most likely obtained when the lease cash was $12k+. Whether you do a lease buyout or a straight lease- don’t put any money down, except maybe first payment. If you total the car, you can kiss that $4k goodbye.

I am trying to fit in the accessories in it if possible and see where it goes.
adding windows tint , mud guards, door guards , window mats and nitro and see how it goes.
So how's the first payment adjusted , if I pay the first month of my lease for example 750 dollars and then do a buyout in 3-4 days. How much money will be adjusted in the 41,453.25 amount.
And if I put in money down, what will be the issue?

it'll probably take a little bit longer than 3-4 days to do the buyout - it usually takes few days for your account to show up on KMF website.

Your monthly payment consists of depreciated value + monthly rent charge + sales tax (unless you prepay it).
Based on your numbers, the monthly rent charge is approximately $146 ((adjusted cap cost + residual value) * money factor). The sooner you pay off the car, the less of the rent charge you'll have to pay. In the end, your payoff will be pretty close to your adjusted cap cost + taxes (how they tax you depends on the state you live in).

As far as putting money down - your worst case scenario is you put $4K down and as you drive off the dealer's lot, you total the car. More then likely, that $4K is gone forever, since the insurance will pay off KMF (the owner). If, for whatever reason, you put 0 down, total the car, and the insurance payoff to KMF is less then the amount financed, the GAP insurance will cover the difference, and you'll lose $0.

Don't buy tint or any accessories from the dealer they are way overpriced, they don't have a tint guy on the payroll they sub that out so whatever the tint guy charges they just charge you double.

That actually helps. Let me check and see if I can get another 500 off. I wanted micro blue but that dealer has only ceramic silver. So that's also one thing I am considering, not a big issue because it was second on my list but lets hope. And is there anything else you think I might be missing or can be negotiated on ?

it makes sense and also I was going to put it in as an extra if the dealer agree to add ons with no extra charge (was just trying). will pass anyway, will try to negotiate a little more. And as far as the deal goes, do you think its a nice deal? or something can be done too.

Your dealer discount looks pretty solid. Anything right around 10% off of MSRP is solid. In terms of the rebate, might make sense to wait until tomorrow (June 1st) to see what the June rebates look like. Might be slightly more than $10,200 for June...

I didn't want to wait but I couldn't go because of the situation around but today when I check the discounts, they are none available. even the autobytel doesn't show the lease cash back offer. I guess I am doomed, the offer is gone :/

OK sorry to hear about the deal leaving, so my question in your lease agreement they wanted you to give them a 4,300 down payment out of your pocket?
