I need some help on understand how to work the JB4 tuner, I’ve had a code pop up saying turbo over spinning and it will go into a limp type mode but when I get the code taken off at an auto shop it will drive fine.

If you didn't know, the JB will read AND clear codes, no need to go to a shop. For us to properly help you we need a log of when this happens. Right now, we don't know what map you're running, what mods you have, what plugs, what fuel your using, etc.
We also need the circumstances, like is it only during wide open throttles?

How do I clear the code myself? I will have to look at my sheet when I get home of all the mods I have on here
