It looks like the UK version is getting pretty much everything standard... I'm really jealous.

Unlike other countries though, it looks like the UK version is about 4k more (in USD). But yeah, it seems they are able to get just about everything.
They have less overall colors available, but like most places, they at least get the Panthera Metal.
