I had to make a call to Kia to resolve small troubles I had with one of the service center at dealership.
How did you guys receive the premium call line number?
It's been 2 months since I purchased it and I haven't received any letter or information yet.

It was in all the paperwork they gave me.

I got an email from Kia telling me that I qualified for Kia VIP Service because I bought a 2019 GT2. Out of curiosity, I called the number and spoke to a rep and asked her what exactly the "VIP Service" entails. I asked if they would pick up our cars and take them to the dealership for service and returning the cars to either work or home after the service is done like what Genesis does for their customers. Kia does not provide this service. I was told that this VIP Service line would help coordinate appointments with dealerships if there are issues with recalls. I don't know why I would want to go through this VIP Service line instead of calling the service department directly at the dealership. I don't see any added values with this "VIP Service."

They were really good at apologizing when I had trouble with service center at dealership, but there were no real follow up for resolution...

They are not just going to come out and say they will give you free stuff if you have issues with your car.
