Honestly I don’t remember. I called them at 5pm on a Saturday, finalized the deal over the phone by 7pm, drove 3 hours and signed paperwork at 2pm Sunday.
KIA paid dealer to make this a demo... Cannot lease. It has 12 miles.

JT Run away from that dealer is my .02.....they want too much for the car too....this late in the game for a 2018..... 41 out the door would be tops I would give on a 52k MSRP....

WashI bought my last Optima like that.
Paid cash net price was cheaper than otherwise with the rebate.
I think the dealer pre-buys the car in a previous month to get their volume bonus and rebate.
My Optima was never titled and had 10 miles on it.
Cash only means the dealer will have a hard time selling it.
Tell them to take $5k more off or keep it
