Kia Motors badge installed on panthera metal

Hey, it looks great - question though. I have a similar badge (only difference is that mine is of 3D design). After the installation, does your badge sit flat with the surface? I've read of reports that since the badge is flat but the area you're putting it on is somewhat curved, that the final installation doesn't sit completely flat. Would you be able to verify this and/or send a picture of the side profile so we can see if it does indeed sit flat? Thanks!

Thanks for the comments. Here is a profile shot, about 5 hours after installing. I did notice it didn't follow the curvature of the car perfectly, and that had me cheating up a few mm to hope for a flatter mating surface. It's not micron perfect, but so far it's okay. The darkness you see around the near rim, hopefully, is reflection of the dark paint in the chrome binding around the badge (fingers crossed). I will keep an eye on it and report back with any problems.
