Last item: "May I contact you to inquire about the complaint"? LOL! I didn't select a single complaint category; but Kia is not expecting THAT! It is assumed that everyone will have at least ONE complaint. I have none. I'm easy, but not that easy. My car continues to satisfy me in every way. YMMV. I said "Yes", anyway.

Sorry to hear, those things definitely sour the experience. My issue was front brakes/rotors, which I got no support with due to being > 12k miles on my car. From what I see, should have been a recall issue.Hope you get some help with yours. Still able to love mine and not feel like it's a P.O.S. , hope you can too!

My sunroof issue was fixed under warranty and the other two issues are fairly minor. I love the car; it's just odd that certain things have quality issues when the car has so many quality advanced features. You'd think a high quality backup camera would be a core part of an advanced surround camera system, for example.
