KIA Connect Down for 2019 Models

Not sure if this is happening in the US (I am in Canada), but apparently there is a technical issue that has been going on for at least 3 weeks that is affecting 2019 model Stingers (amongst other models) that KIA connect is not working. I called 3 weeks ago with an issue and they opened a ticket, called back (3rd time) to ask where they are at and she told me about the issue. There is not ETA on when it will be fixed (ridiculous). I suggested that they maybe should send out an email to let people know this is going on, I mean that would be the smart thing to do :rolleyes:.
 
why only 2019 models? that seems so odd. when did canada replace uvo with kia connect?
 
I figured something was going on...I can start my car with the website but not the app.
 
For what its worth, my app was fine all week last week. 2021. Very strange only 2019 models. Is your 5yr free service up?
 
UPDATE..magically I received an email this morning saying my enrollment process is now complete and it actually worked (which was apparently part of their issue). To answer your questions Grump, my 5 years is not up, bought the car in late 2019 (I wouldn't have posted this if my service had expired).

Hopefully everyone having an issue is fixed now.
