Not sure if this is happening in the US (I am in Canada), but apparently there is a technical issue that has been going on for at least 3 weeks that is affecting 2019 model Stingers (amongst other models) that KIA connect is not working. I called 3 weeks ago with an issue and they opened a ticket, called back (3rd time) to ask where they are at and she told me about the issue. There is not ETA on when it will be fixed (ridiculous). I suggested that they maybe should send out an email to let people know this is going on, I mean that would be the smart thing to do
