Khartunerz

Not a review as such yet, but, I'm wondering for those who have had issues with getting in contact with Khartunerz what was the best method to contact them? I've placed an order with them but cannot get a response now regarding when my items will be dispatched. I live outside the US and I have tried their website contact form with no joy. To be fair it has been about 48 hours since I used their contact form and roughly 12 days since I placed my order. However, after only now seeing customer reviews I'm concerned about what may lay ahead in terms of getting my items.

Yah lots of bad reviews. Dispute the charge from your cc company.
