Must be different for CDN customers. I tried them a couple times. No tracking numbers and BS lip service each time I inquired. I’ll never buy anything from them again nor will I ever recommend them. I have zero tolerance for customer service.

Same for me. I wanted to return a product and got a call from them basically belittling me and telling me I shouldn't have ordered the wrong thing. Then got charged a 30% restocking fee after paying for the return shipping myself.. bad business

Yup thats David to a T. Condescending axxhole. Strung me along for months then belittled me when I wanted a refund for the hood that was coming THIS week for 3 months.
Yeah, I guess if you order something and it shows up in time and is what you wanted, then you would have nothing bad to say, but if you've experienced what it appears we all have you'll never order from them again.. I just ordered badges. When they arrived they looked like they came out of a happy meal. They were cheap plastic and were molded poorly with rough edges. I wouldn't have put these on my car if I was in high school with a 94 civic.. so to be told I should have been more aware of what I was ordering, and then eat the shipping costs plus the restocking fee was simply poor customer service.. it was a lengthy conversation, but if you've experienced the same thing, ill spare the details lol
