I purchased the Adro V2 spoiler from K8stingerstore.com back in March. They are on back order but I didn’t mind waiting. I was told April, then May and was patient. I started get inpatient when I saw Adro update their website again saying order ships in June. I wanted to cancel my order because I felt like my chain was being pulled by everyone.


David personally called me and explained the situation. There is a shipment from Korea that didn’t make the April date which got pushed back to June. We had a long and great conversation about his business, how he runs it, and how he wants to make sure every one of his customers is happy. He apologized after explaining the shipment issues and offered a full refund. The thing is, communication for customers is key to keeping them happy. He could’ve emailed me this but instead called me twice in one week to discuss the situation personally. I appreciate that. He is a busy man through K8stingerstore. He is a very professional and personable individual and when talking to him, he sounds like a long time friend.

Needless to say I didn’t cancel my order. That is too nice of a spoiler and I’m willing to wait, but mostly because of David’s professionalism and hospitality. Things will happen with shipment orders, we all understand that and have been through shipping delays, but how the company responds is key.

I’ve become a bigger fan of David and K8Stingerstore because of this experience. Someone who’s been waiting months on an order is still happy and satisfied!

I agree 100%, communication is everything, and even though we try our best to be as transparent as possible, there are sometimes delays in manufacturing and production that are out of our control. However, we always try to do everything in our power to communicate about delays.
