Hey all, anyone used the K&N Charge Pipe? Just looking to clean up the engine bay a bit and saw that the aFe charge pipes dont completely agree with the Injen intakes and Im not a big fan of the sensor placement on the aFe charges. Just hoping to get a bit more info on the K&N charge if anyone has experience with it, thanks all!

Yeah its really tempting to get. Looks good, sensor placement looks solid. Just dont want to buy it and have it not work out

I was looking at this, how can it produce that much more power? Also, if you scroll through the pictures to the ones with the stinger engine bay. The intakes have k&n cone filters but those aren't the k&n intake pipes.

They claim flow is improved because the diameter of the pipe is larger and maybe they smoothed out some bends better than OEM. Again I'd be shocked if the numbers are as high as they say but I dont doubt you would get a bump especially if you have supporting mods.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
With a OEM intercooler I don't think it's going to give you much improvement. I just installed the AFE pipes with a bigger & 3" in / out intercooler and it was well worth it in my opinion. The K&N pipe looks to be a small diameter that simply steps up / increases in size as it gets closer to the throttle body so I'd suggest it offers no real benefit.

The aFe chargepipes flow (larger/smoother) better than the OEM pipes

True. Better option than K&N charge pipe IMO. The difference in mid and top end with AFE over OEM is quite noticeable!
