Today is the day. After 2 months of reading and thinking and another 2 months of waiting, it is finally here. My new Kia Stinger GT MY19, ceramic grey with ceramic coating and red leather seats. It exceeds all expectations. It’s so nice and comfy and quiet and fast. I will need some time to learn it and get used to it.

I am so grateful to you guys for helping me make the choice. It would’ve been so much harder to come to a conclusion without this forum and it’s inhabitants. Thank you.

Congrats and welcome! Got the same color combo myself, just love settling into those red seats and cruising around!

Nice one!

Congratulations on your brand new Stinger GT! What did the Stinger replace for you?

What did the Stinger replace for you?

I drove a Skoda Superb for 8 years. Think of it as VW Passat, only bigger and smarter. Frankly it was not easy to replace that car with something comparatively equal in utility and value. The new Superb is also excellent, but boring, feels like nothing changed in the last 8 years. The likes of Audi and other Germans are totally overpriced for what they offer (at least in Australia they are almost twice as expensive as they are in EU or US). That was a very educational journey to choose a new car, and I went from a Superb to Super B.

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Congrats ! I have the same color combo myself

That is a solid, muted, impressive color and combo. I was looking at brand new ceramic silver Stingers at Jerry Seiners a couple of weeks ago, and all three of us (two sales guys) agreed that if we were getting a Stinger today, that would be our color choice (out of what's available of course: I still fantasize having my competition orange).

G’day, welcome to the forum & Stinger Owners Fraternity, nice colour combo you got, enjoy your new ride....

Congratulations! We all know how you feel.

That's a very nice acknowledgement of the Forum. Yes - a great place to help on the purchasing decision, to learn, and to share experiences. It's a great bunch of owners/enthusiasts. (Well... not all of 'em. But they know who they are! :p )
Welcome to the club!
