Jb4 with stock exhaust

Hello All,

Caption explains it all. Can i run a JB4 with stock exhaust…? Or maybe a muffler delete? I have an intake, snorkels & a hks bov if that matters.

Yes, JB4 doesnt rely on any exhaust modifications, you can run JB4 with everything stock except you will need a spark plug upgrade.

No problem, the HKS plugs you got are the best choice, make sure you gap them properly and you're golden.

I have no problems with it on stock exhaust. I love how often this car gets underestimated and aftermarket exhaust would change that. I got the 450 hp kit from BMS. All I can say is make sure you put an oil catch can on before the JB4. I didn’t put my catch can on right away and noticed carbon buildup on the exhaust tips within a few days of running with the JB4 on it.
