Jb4 rev 3.6 connection issues

Si installed my jb4 2 nights ago with no issues other than connectivity.
I've opened a claim with tech support to see if it was something that maybe I did wrong or missed since it was night time on install.
But they wanted me to send unit in for troubleshoot.
I decided to try on more thing before taking that step and swapping location of jb4.
All videos and info found shows them mounted on under hood fuse box.
So I rerouted all wire to drivers side and in the process tucking the wires for clean look

Looks clean, although usually if you can't connect in the suggested location it means the blue tooth module for some reason isn't running at full strength.
