JB4 Question

Hi All,

Anyone in the Puget Sound area have a JB4 and some time to meet up? I would like to see one in person. I'm near Bremerton, but willing to drive if anyone nearby is willing to meet up.

I have one. Using it just for wmi control and logging. If you are in the area i would go Tork ecu tune over the jb4.

Not much to see, black box with wire harness going to the boost gauge on the charge pipe and one to the map sensor on the back of the intake. The app is pretty cool.
$680 all said and done or can gat a custom stage one dyno tune for $900

I have a JB4 with the Bluetioth adapter. I ran with it to and from work a couple times. I live in the Tacoma/Spanaway area. I was actually thinking of posting it for sale. Maybe this is the push I needed to sell it. (Unfortunately)

There ya go buy the JB4 from @Dhayes and go from there. He’ll probably give you a fair price You won’t be disappointed and if you go further you can always use it as a log tool. Win win

Ah sadly I already bought and installed mine, otherwise I probably would have jumped on it. Running map2 with no problems for a couple weeks now and it is pretty nice. Don't really plan on doing anything else to it.

Have you upgraded or re-gapped your OE plugs?
I had it installed on mine with the OE plugs and never had them upgraded or re-gapped and it has been problems with the coil packs and/or the plugs as soon as i pretty much run it on ANY MAP. Its kind of unfortunate but at least it is still covered by warranty. Im taking it back again to the dealership on Monday for the fourth time.

I swapped out the new Denso plugs before installing the JB4. Ran on the new plugs for a few months as well, but that was just because I was lazy and didn't order the JB4 earlier. No problems to report.
