JB4 - No support for Canadian customers.

@Terry@BMS Why do your Canadian customers get 0 support? We have a very active thread going on asking for logs to be reviewed with Canadian fuel, people have even posted logs but no response has been provided. We've asked questions directly to you and shouted out to you 10 times but no response?

Yet every other JB4 thread even with as little as 5 posts and 100 views gets a response from you.

Sorry, wasn't aware anyone was trying to reach me. My pm and alert systems are all disabled so unless I see a post I can't reply.

I try to check that n54tech thread daily. Other threads on Stinger Forum I chime in here and there on them as I notice them. I'll go try to find your thread now.

This is the most asinine post I think I have ever seen. They have their own section on the website that offers support, he is not required to cruise the forum, into every regional section looking for posts... that's not this works. They offer the JB4 for what... 15-20 platforms, which means 15-20 communities, and you expect a level of support no one, in any car community, let alone one in multiple communities offers? Give your head a shake.

I promise you he doesn't speak on behalf of Canadians lol. I saw his post in the Canada region the other day and meant to direct him here, but someone beat me too it. It's sad he chose to play a victim once here instead of asking for a review of his logs in a respectful manner like the rest of us.

This isn’t fair. I am always surprised at how available and active Terry is here.

And I agree: Terry, this doesn’t represent all Canadians.

No worries... I think I found their thread and replied. And the Raptors won. So all is well in Canada again.
