Jb4 maps and recommendations per map

I am looking to find what the recommended mods are for the different map levels of the JB4 before investing in all the mods and the JB4. Can someone shine a little light on this please?
 
Spark plugs gapped at 0.22
Higher octane on map2 and above

optional: intake, exhaust, intercooler
