Jb4 map 1

Hey guys I apologize if this has been asked already.... but Is it safe to run map 1 on the jb4 on the stock spark plugs on the stock gap ? Thanks for the reply’s

I’ve been running map 1 on stock plugs and gap. No problems at all. I wouldn’t go higher than map 1 though. I already have HKS and gapped to .022. I’m just waiting for my Intercooler and will have them installed.

You can. If you're not getting misfires and such, go for it. At minimum, gapping down the stock plugs should considered.

I just installed it with out fuel wires and I was getting misfires under boost I have denso 1 step colder ima go ahead and swap them over now anyone know where I can get some instructions for installation on the jb4 ?
