Hey @Terry@BMS , can you drop me a DM? I'd like to discuss JB4 log analysis, I've been working on something in a similar space that I'd like to see if I can find a way to contribute.
Those aren't logs, those are jpg's. You need to post the csv file. In addition, you weren't 100% pedal in any of those. You need to go WOT either from a dig through a few gears, a 3rd or 4th gear pull, or a roll from 40ish to whatever your road can handle safely.I wanted to chime in this discussion just got my JB4 installed did some logs and wanted to post them and ask if everything seems good? Please if anybody can advise if something is wrong. I have 2022 stinger 3.3 AWD no mods other then plugs and Jb4.
You have some timing pull at high rpm however it’s not horrible but getting borderline. I wouldn’t go above map 1 on that fuel
Thank you sir, would you say it’s the fuel itself getting the timing high? Or could it also be my HKS plugs that are not gap at .022 but rather .024?You have some timing pull at high rpm however it’s not horrible but getting borderline. I wouldn’t go above map 1 on that fuel.
That could be a possibility. I just looked at one of my logs from the weekend, a map2 on Shell 93, and I’m getting worse pull than you in a couple areas, all be it brief, so I’m sitting here thinking I’ll pull a plug today and check the gap. I’ll let ya know how it looks.Thank you sir, would you say it’s the fuel itself getting the timing high? Or could it also be my HKS plugs that are not gap at .022 but rather .024?
So I actually send this Log to terry and he replied saying it looks good, pretty much that is 91 octan life for me. Going to do Race fuel next and once get fuel it kit going to run E30.That could be a possibility. Run 100% 94. Bob’s your uncleHow is it going guys wondering if anybody has ever done a mixture with 94 octane. I am in cali and only have 91, but I found station has different levels of race fuel from 94 to 101. I would like to do mixture as everybody does with e85. Would anybody have recommended mixture ratio using 94 octane? I don’t want to use 91 and mix e85 and rely on octane boosters, due to what it causes spark plugs to turn orange. Any suggestions be great. I have run 101 race fuel VP map 5 but does not compare to when I run 91octane shell with e85 and bottle octane booster.
