Hey, I'll start by saying I'm not very mechanically minded and I feel in over my head with this issue..
2020 Kia Stinger GT, JB4, Jonny Tig intakes and exhaust, HKS plugs. Under heavy acceleration the vehicle goes into limp mode, turbo dies and need to turn car off to reset. Emailed the logs to Burger, they said to fit the "fuel wires" which didn't solve the problem. Has anyone had any luck with a solution to an issue like this? It's making me regret buying the car Thank you so much for any advice!

you regret buying the car because you decided to tune it and don't know anything about what your doing ?
sounds legit , have the o2 wires checked and add the wastegate wires for safety . otherwise go back to stock

any other mods like high flow cats, midpipes, etc.? interesting to see the car spike to ECU calling for 18 lbs of boost in map 1. Wastegate wires are next.

Is everything related to your exhaust fully tight? just thinking out loud.

Also, have you put the JB4 back into map 0, and still been able to create the overboost condition? JB4 calling for 3 lbs of extra boost shouldn't be forcing the ECU to call for 18 lbs of boost on it's own.

Do you have access to quality 93 octane? Maybe Shell or Exxon? probably not an issue for map 1, just thinking about anything you could improve.

Set the JB4 back to map 0 and also use the mobile app to read codes. Don't clear the codes in case you want the Kia tech to see them. The car may seem to be working fine once you restart it, as well. See if you can recreate the problem on map 0.

If you're getting P03xx series codes (P0300, P0304, etc.) and you're confident your plugs are gapped properly and in good shape, it may be the coils. Coils would be covered under warranty on a 2020. But fully remove the JB4 before going in.

Let us know what you find and good luck!

Actually I didn't tune it. I purchased it with the work already done. Cheers
