I'm not going to lie I was very excited and heard a lot of great things about JB4 so I was pumped when I finally got mine installed. However, now I am not so pumped anymore. I'm not sure if I was expecting too much or what, but my car literally feels the exact same to me running stock vs. Map 2 with BMS Intakes, Cat-back exhaust, and 93 octane fuel. Even the 0-60 times show the exact same thing that I am feeling!

I have a 2019 GT2 AWD Stinger and the 0-60 recordings show '4.9..' running stock and '4.8..' running on map 2. Dyno results also show about a ~60-80hp gain on map 2 with these mods but it doesn't seem like it at all. My dad has a 440hp Audi RS5 that weighs the exact same and that thing is a missile compared to the Stinger even with all the upgrades I've put into it.

The boost readings show ~14.5-15psi stock and 18-19psi on Map 2 so it seems to be doing exactly what it is supposed to but the car does not feel any faster or quicker at all. Am I missing something or are the gains just not what I expected them to be?

Any and all help is appreciated!

Let’s see some log.

Are you on stock plugs?

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
Yes. That's the only thing that I haven't changed yet. Is that what's making the big difference?
Mine is stock. But from what i understand it is highly recommended to change stock spark plugs for hks ones with smaller gap. 0.22-0.26

Need csv file

Pretty much all aggressive tunes require proper gapping of OEM plugs at least to like 0.022-0.026. Some come at 0.036 from the factory, and are borderline problematic on the factory tune.

map1 is the only one that's "maybe" ok with OEM plugs, per BMS, I believe

@Terry@BMS Is this something that you could help me out with? I believe the JB4 I own is installed properly and I believe that its a great product based off the customer reviews and satisfaction but my JB4 doesn't seem to want to make me satisfied hahah!

If you need tech support you'd email support@burgertuning.com. Beyond that there is no log posted here so can't help much with what you have so far. You'd have to attach the CSV log to the post. Photos of the CSV doesn't do anything for us. :)

I had the same issue when I first got my tune. Turned out to be bad spark plugs. Here's the link to my post and how I fixed the issue.

The only update to that post is that I've recently switched to HKS plugs instead of the Densos and have had a better experience with those so far.

Also, Map 2 might be too much based on ambient temperature and how close to sea level you are.

Last thought, make sure you're on the latest version of the JB4 firmware.

Aside from that, connect with Terry through email and he can look through your logs and help you figure out if there's something bad in them.

Post a complete cvs file if you can or email terry.
If you gained 60 to 80 hp and you don’t feel it that’s got to tell you something
