3.3TT Jb4 engine light after new firmware

Hey, I recently purchased the jb4 for my stinger gt, install went well loaded map1 on it was driving nice for whole day, then updated the firmware and drove it tonight and it went into some sort of limp mode with heaps of collision warnings coming up so turned car on and off and then just engine light is on, wont read any codes so don't know what the engine light is for? Have no upgrades, am waiting on spark plugs to arrive.

No as I have new 2 step colder plugs coming.
But i thought map 1 wouldn't need the gapped plugs or is it a must now pr it shuts ur car down?

After 1 day I couldn’t use more than 1/2 throttle on map 1 without Severe miss fire. I ragapped the OE plugs to 22 thou and have run them ever since with no issues all the way up to map 5.
Does you car drive ok now map 0?

Will test today, had to take neg battery off last night to reset engine light, now I'm not sure which map to try another person here in nz said there using map 5 with no reason spark plugs or re gapped plugs, he's just using a little bit better fuel with 10% E and I'm just using 98

Need to gap the plugs for any tune. It's in the directions.

So how can other people run it without changing lol but yeah I'll be putting my mine as soon as they arrive, what is recommended. 0.22 or 0.24?

Wide factory variance in plug gap, which is part of the issue with the factory plugs.

We suggest 0.022" factory, Denso, or HKS.

This is my map 0 I did pull today. Will most likely wait for plugs before I do anymore maps

Alright ne w plugs in first test drive didn't even get home before it went into limp mode again and engine light again, also tried changing maps and it keeps changing itself back to map 1 mid dru

Ok finally got it solved just download the beta and seems to work good now I got 2 maps if you could see if map2 is algood and if map 5 is ok aswell cheers
