Waiting to install. Ngt High flow primary downpipe and wagner fmic, ewg harness

I'm seeing mix comments that I can use high flow cats with jb4. Can I get some clarification if this is true. Also want to add WMI injection in the near future. Should I be considering lap3 now? I mainly run 91 but pump 101 when I'm in the mood.
