Had something on my tail for a while eyeballing me this morning on my way to work. As I pulled up to a stop light on a local highway I noticed it was a Jaguar F-Pace S. Very nice car I thought and I had no intention of a race as he was in an SUV for Pete’s sake and about 500 lbs. heavier. But when he jumped off the line at the light I happily obliged and let him know it was a match never meant to be. As I quickly ate up the car length he had on me and rolled past him I just looked over and smiled as I had the pedal mashed to the floor. I don’t think he knew what he was up against but I know he could clearly see the 14 inch Stinger badge on my trunk and no doubt will be googling “Stinger” to know what just provided him with a little humility. I love this car a little more every day. 2018 GT1 RWD. :-). No trophy deserved for that match up but I love it when people who have dumped that much money in a vehicle can be humbled just a little bit.

I chased a BMW i8 coming down here on I-15 last week. This went on from Baker to Victorville. She tried to shake me, but couldn't and finally gave it up. :) (I have since repented ... I think.)

I think you must have had that tiny red devil on your shoulder with a grin on your face while you were giving chase

Lol. You didn't even need to be there to know. :P I felt quite remorseful, much later, reflecting back on my foolishness. But, dang, it was FUN!
