Im a new owner to the 2023 Kia Stinger GT2, currently with 11k miles. I recently noticed the seat bolster on the inside of my driver side seat doesn't seem to stiffen up nearly as much as the outside bolster. I can feel both bolsters adjust when using the dial to adjust the bolster but the inside bolster doesn't seem to retain the setting and relaxes. Are the bolsters designed to be symmetrical or asymmetrical with more support on the outside?

As I've only ever driven in one Stinger I'm just trying to ascertain if this is operating as intended or if I need to have it checked out and repaired?

Do you mean the insides inflates and then deflates without input?
They are bladders inside the seat...sounds like your inside might be leaking or had a hose come off.
I would test it by filling them to the max and see if the inside deflates.

Upon testing, the door-side bolster completely inflates and stays that way. The bolster on the console-side I can feel move some but relaxes as soon as the pump stops inflating.

Yeah that ain't right. Should be virtually totally symmetrical.

Ya...that isnt right. I would say one the inflation hose came off

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
