ISG idle auto start/stop feature

Hey guys, I just bought a 2018 kia stinger gt 2 and one of the small thing that was bothering me is that the ISG is turned on every time you start the car. Is there anyway to keep it off without pressing the button every time you drive?

There are a few threads that talk about it.

one option is to essentially wedge something around the button.

another is a module that “remembers” the last setting.

the search works pretty well… should be easy to find.

Easy way is a 16 cent resistor. I have a video on how to do it on my IG. Modules are like $100.00! Wedging something in it isn't preferred because its basically a long term short, the resistor is the safe way. I've had mine in for 8 months and I don't even think about it anymore.
