I did engine oil change at home today. When I opened up the hood to fill up new engine oil, I found this.. Is this something serious? I didn't notice any over-leakage over the undercover underneath the engine.

It's old. Not fresh.

Just hose it off with some brake clean. If it comes back, look into it further. If not, no worries.

I noticed that with my car as well. It was after having an issue where I could hear water sloshing or being flushed through pipes and getting an engine overheating warning. Turns out there was a leak in my engine and coolant was getting into one or more of the cylinders (and probably was leaking outside of the casing causing a stain in exactly the same place as your picture but mine was much worse) and air getting into the cooling system. My car has been in the shop for 3 weeks and still waiting on them to tear down the engine for full inspection to determine if they'll just perform an engine rebuild or get a new engine. Yours doesn't look as bad as mine did, but keep an eye on your engine coolant levels, check your oil levels, clean the area and see if the stain comes back, listen for sounds of sloshing fluid from the engine or under the dash.
