Is this a coolant leak?

Two weeks ago I had a engine overheating warning. I checked the coolant reservoir and it was very low. I filled it to full and have been checking it every few days. Today it was halfway between low and full. I looked under the hood and saw dried grayish green spashes and splotches.

Is this leaking coolant? Is this covered under power train warranty?

I don't believe so. Only things "that make the car move" are covered in the powertrain warranty.

I did some research and the water pump is listed under the powertrain warranty but not the hoses. So I guess I got to figure out where the leak is coming from.

@OP what was the level in the radiator when cold?

That looks like it spilled when you were refilling. Coolant is under pressure when the car is hot, so usually leaks spray out rather than drip. Drips are possible, depending on the leak, but most leaks would be fine droplets spread out
