Is there a plug and play tuner

Is there a plug and play tuner that works . I mean one that you can put on a stock GT1 that will actually make you go faster. I want an extra 30 or so HP with 93 octane. What is my best option.. One more question , if your leasing your stinger and the dealer finds out you had a tuner installed at one point will they make you buy the car???
