Super weird question, tried Googling it and no luck. I want to get rid of all my kia badges (front + back) before getting it wrapped next week. I guess I need to debage it and to fill the holes. What do you call that process? I want to call a few car shops around but don't want to sound stupid when I call lol

That would be a badge "shave" I believe. Similar to what they used to call "shaving" the door handles on a car when guys would remove and fill them.

Have you ever seen this before?

Looks like an easy fix? Since it'll be wrapped, does it really matter if it matches to the colour of the car?

Usually people have it done professionally by a body shop. I've not heard of anyone using something like that, I'd personally be worried about getting it smooth and that it might recede or expand too much in the holes. I would ask whomever you plan to have wrap the car and they might have a solution, I'm sure it would've come up for them before.

How did you do it? Did you do it by yourself? If so, how? If you went to get it done somewhere, what did you request? I want to call some people and descriving "Filling a hole where the badge was" is a bit vague lol
Took it to my paint guy and he took care of it. Said I wanted no holes, smooth finish. IMG_20200704_172751.webp

Damn, how did he match the colour? What was the final price?
He had my paint code and took my fuel door. Painted the entire bumper and fender. He does my work for a pretty big discount. Didn't say what the bumper would have cost alone but I bet wayyy less than any dealer would charge

Got mine at an auto collision repair. Told the owner to fill the holes and have it painted. Took about 3 days. They had to take off the bumper, fill the hole, and color match paint it.
