Is it possible to lock doors when the key is outside the vehicle?

I have a KIA Stinger and would like to lock the doors while warming my car but can't seem to do if the key is outside the vehicle. Is that possible?

Not that I am aware of with the key fob. Have you tried manually locking and closing the door?

Only with remote start on US models, and even then you can't re-lock it if you started from inside the vehicle.

Pretty certain our Sorento will allow you to do this IF you use another key. I know i tried a few option when we got that to see if it was possible to actually lock a key inside. I remember it was but only after i used the second FOB. Have not tried on he stinger yet. This is also when i found out you could drive away without the key and the engine would keep running.
