Is it okay with you when a dealership wants to run your credit before giving you a test drive?

No test drive until your credit is run. Okay? Yes or No?

  • I'm okay with this. No problem.

  • I don't like it. I want a test drive first.

I would walk away from said dealership. I have been driving cars for the past couple of months trying to figure out what will be the next car to enjoy. I drove a $85K S6, Tesla S $90K, Genesis G80 sport $58K and Lexus F type $73K with no credit check. The Stingers are trickling in slowly here in PA with mostly base models so have yet to drive what I think will be my next car.

Those are some pretty impressive, expensive cars and they have no issue trusting you with the keys. Kia? Nope.

The only one that the salesman road with us was the Genesis dealer. The S6 was my favorite but the price tag is hard to swallow for me.

My credit is shit but I have a cosigner. Either way how do they know I have my own selected approved banks? I'm sorry but if I have my own bank you can get their approval confirmation. You're not running my credit over a test drive.
