iOS 12 is out, any Waze users care to comment?

iOS 12 is now out which should add Waze to Car Play. Can anyone comment how it works and if they like it?

Waze needs to release an update for it to work.

It just started Beta testing it last week. Should be out soon but not yet.

You can see it in the iPhone. Settings/General/CarPlay
If the icon doesn’t appear here, it’s not on the car. You can move them around and eliminate some here too.

Waze hasn’t been updated yet, but the Google Maps update just hit the App Store.

Been using it for about a week now, it works quite well. Wasn’t a user of it much before but tried it on a couple of occasions and it is actually quite useful.

Update your waze app. Mine wasn’t working until I searched in apps for an update.

Honestly, I love it! I use it whenever I get a chance to drive my car.
Also, try Google Maps in satellite mode! Truly amazing!
