I been having this noise inside the car a few months now cant figure out what it is driving me crazy does anyone know? Only comes when driving and comes randomly.

the odd gentle morse code beeping?

Yeah I was trying to figure out which one of the two noises. The higher pitch pulsing sound or the creaking sound.

Sounds like it could be suspension related. Do you have anything aftermarket installed with the suspension (springs, sways, etc) or are you all stock?

Does this noise occur - always?

Or intermittent?

When did it start?

Im not 100% sure when but its been atleast 2 months. I usually have the music on full blast so its harder to hear but when I have people in the car the music is much lower so thats when its noticeable.

I can drive for lets say 15 mins and it randomly starts or the next time 30 min and it starts. When it starts it doesn't stop until im done driving. But its usually daily just begins when it wants to

Sounds like dry door seals. I had the same issue. Order some of this and apply it to all the seals around the door jams, hatch and sunroof. I apply it twice a year, once on the spring and once in the fall and my cars quiet. Hope this helps…5366755F-00CC-4D42-8EE8-C1C24CC8D611.webp

^^^I’m 99.99% sure that’s your issue. It’s pretty common.

For sure! 1 tube will last a very long time. Apply sparingly and rub it into the seals. A little goes a long way. You’ll feel the seals get nice and soft and you should be good to go

Ahhhh yeah I didn't even think about the dry seals. That's very possible as well!

I bet that a spray can of silicone onto a rag would accomplish the same thing as from a tube.

Maybe for a short time...

But Shin Etsu grease is widely known as the absolute best for this application.

Can’t speak to that….only what’s worked for me personally.

Remove your grab handle to rule that out. Mine would make all kinds of noise at certain warmer temperatures and it didn't sound like it came from there but it was the culprit.

Dielectric grease does wonders and it might be the same stuff as the ShinEtsu above....but more easily found.

DEF: Silicone grease, sometimes called dielectric grease, is a waterproof grease made by combining a silicone oil with a thickener. Most commonly, the silicone oil is polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) and the thickener is amorphous fumed silica.

I wipe down all my door seals with some WD40 every now and then, my 4th KIA and they have all had squeaky door seals.
