I know Stingers are notorious for squeaks and rattles but I have a different issue. At 60 to 65 mph I get a buffeting sound that is similar to if you have your back seat windows open and front windows closed but is much quieter. Sounds like a vibration but there is no vibration feel in the steering wheel or my butt dyno..up to about 1,500 miles on the car and first noticed this at about 700 miles. I checked all the window seals including the sunroof at this speed range with the help of my son and no noticeable seal leaks. Wondering if it has anything to do with the factory spoiler on the Scorpion Edition maybe? Anyone else have this issue on any year Stinger?
If the spoiler spoiled the cabin that would suck. Somebody very recently complained of "buffeting" in the cabin and their trim was not the Scorpion, so it's probably not that. Another weird one (haven't heard of a repeat in quite a while) is the whistling side mirror phenomenon. Above and below 60-65? If the "buffeting" goes away, then your particular vehicle has a unique harmonic: go slower or faster.
^^Good memory. That was me who complained. I think in my intro thread. Trouble car - 2022 gt-line awd vin ending in 7740.
It sounds just like the OP described. In my case it was very faint in terms of volume, but could also be felt in the ears, like changing/pulsing air pressure. It happened at around 60 mph. This was a brand new car, 12 miles or so. It surprising the OP only noticed it around 700 miles.
Somehow the car isn't venting properly. Or maybe some flapper isn't opened/closed like it should be at higher speeds to let the car breathe.

We're down on the south coast for a holiday and there was a weird buzzing noise like something loose was flapping at speeds over 80km an hour. There was nothing obvious to see, and nothing hanging out the doors, but it was definitely a new sound. I pulled over at a rest area and got down on my...
Had the same issue with my 2019 2.0t. It would do it at 60-65 mph as well as 40-45. Took it to the dealership and I believe they said it was loose clips from the rocker panel or something along those lines? At first I thought they were right since for about a week it seemed to be gone. But then it came back and I decided to just live with it since it seems no one was able to solve it on here yet.
Does changing the ventilation system from outside to recirculate affect this? Perhaps as some have suggested, there is a harmonic buffeting once the airflow has reached certain conditions.
We played with this during the test drive in the troublesome car. Made no difference. Told the sales person I would not be able to tolerate this and it would be a deal breaker if the other car on the lot also exhibited this.
my 2019 does this a bit. I thought it had to do with the new exhaust. seems to happen when the car is cold and I first start it. after driving for a bit it seems to subside. I've even opened the windows to see if that helped and it didn't. I did not notice this prior to switching out the exhaust though. weird that it happens sporadically.
Was on a road trip recently doing 110-120 kph when we notice a giant crane fly hitched a ride and was buzzing back and forth across the windshield.
Got the brilliant idea to blast it out Aliens style and punched both front window buttons. Suddenly the entire car is pulsing WUB WUB WUB WUB damn near burst my ear drums and I swear I could see the sunroof and front/rear windshields pulsing like speakers, they were gonna pop any second. Rolled the windows back up and handed a point to the crane fly. Enjoy Revelstoke ya little freeloader.

Lol. I knew this already from experimenting before: a few weeks ago a couple of friends and I were returning from the Uinta mountains, and three, count 'em three, bees were inside my Stinger: real stingers inside a Stinger . My friend in the back was almost freaking out. He tried a rolled down window, and succeeded in creating BUFFET (at one quarter strength, hah), and egress for two of the bees. The third one was sitting on the back end of the hatch cover, so, I pulled over and got out and opened the hatch and swept the little bugger off with a swipe of my duster. There is no way that I would have opened more than one window at a time at freeway speeds.
I've run into this with other 4-door cars; the solution is to always crack the rear windows a bit. Opening just the rear windows is even worse and happens in every 4 door car I've driven.
