Intakes for 2.0L

Looks like there are options from Airinx and NGM, and maybe forthcoming from Injen.

Do you know which one is the best in terms of performance but without annoying drone or overwhelming sound?

I have the NGM on mine from @importshark.

Nice! How do you like it on yours? And thanks for your responses and insight.

Honestly I’m not sure of what performance gains there are since install but it sounds great.

NGM video. I suspect these are all going to sound similar to each other. Hard to say what performance differences there might be; probably lots of variables but we're not talking night-and-day. Heat shields can be nice eye candy if you're into that sort of thing--though their effectiveness is debatable. There may be some differences in quality of the air filters they come with, but you could always replace it.

I have an OBD2 on my car and can see IAT and I know a guy who has the K&N with the shrouds who also has an OBD2. We compared temps and they were virtually the same.

I see. What are your thoughts on the Airinx intake?

I'm considering the NGM, but if it's actually that much better as pricing seems to suggest... Then I might pull the trigger.

I know the look and disign is different. I don’t know what the power gains are between the two. @ImportSharkMike probably can clarify the differences. Cheers
