instrument cluster not working

hi has anyone else had the gauge cluster completely not work and has basically all the lights on dash come up? i had the car scanned at Oreiles and autozone and both said no codes came up as the primary but a C162A08 came up as additional trouble code and i can’t find anything on the code online if anyone knows what to do pls help ps it’s a 2020 gt1

You need a KDS diagnostic from the dealer, that can interface with the instrument panel and do an actuation test and diagnostic.
It might need a variant coding if for some reason it became corrupted, this is what they need to do if a replacement panel is installed. I see no other way to determine what the issue is, other than a quick check of the connector into the panel and checking fuses but seeing that some things are working I wouldn't say that's the issue.
Have you done any electrical work that might have done something?
PS: This is from reading the service manual not from my own personal experience....the auto parts places dont know anything about diagnostics and the code readers they use are trash.

i haven’t done anything electrical. i have check the fuse and the tested the battery it was all good. i have a friend use his diagnostics tool it didn’t show anything up. i’m take it to the dealer tmr to see if they can figure it out
