3.3TT Installed BOV and Oil Catch Can and on my way to work I got a CEL

I have double checked all of the fittings and they all seem tight so i do not believe it is a vacuum leak. I havent got a chance to read it yet. Does anyone know if maybe something I installed could have caused it. My coworker says it is because I blocked off the return into my intakes and the car is getting less air then normal and that is what sparked the CEL. Thank you all in advance.

I would revert the BOVs back to stock. Clear the code and drive it again with the catch can installed. Tons of these cars running catch cans without issues.

Going to say no to this one. I've seen several Stingers running without the BOV return to the intakes and not get CEL from it. Obviously the actual code will help determine the issue. Otherwise we're just guessing. With that said, I've seen so many people who have swapped the BOV to come back saying they're having some sort of issue after. Usually either not building boost, leaking boost, releasing boost early, etc etc.
