As stated in title, I have recently installed the Inejn CAI's. On the driver side is a hose leading to the crank case fitting that has a slight kink to it. I already had to trim the vacuum fitting hose slightly as it was too long. I'm afraid that trimming the crank case hose would make it too short.

I let the engine idle for about 10 minutes and could not hear or feel any leakage in any hose. I took the Stinger out for about 10 minutes around the block or so and never had any issues. Should I leave as is or try to get a different fitment hose?

Good to go.

I like to understand why/how you disconnected it in The first place installing a CAI?
The Injen CAI's come with their own hoses to be used instead of the stock hoses. The two in particular for the driver side have been known to cause issues like this. I disconnected it my second go around and added some lubricant just to get them on easier after installing one side of the hose.
