Just picked up our new base Stinger last night! Looking through the drive mode screens, however, I couldn't determine if base 2.0s are getting engine noise piped in like in the GTs? The sound stayed pretty much the same irrespective of drive mode. Nor was I able to find any subscreen that would allow me to change it. I think in GTs that feature can be accessed via the "custom" drive mode settings, but it doesn't appear to be available in base 2.0s? Can anyone confirm/deny this? :)

Yep, no fake exhaust noise for us.

Ok, so it appears that 2.0 premium versions do, however. Not that I necessarily want it, but the option would be nice. So....who wants to be the 1st 2.0 Stinger owner to crack into their info system's ecu to see if it's present just not available currently?

I didn't know the GT had crappy fake piped sound. Here is a video anyway of a Polish guy testing acceleration and piped sound. I can't tell the difference between on and off actually. The dialogue is English but the screen shot of the change menu is Polish. Anybody read Polish - where is this menu anyway?

From interior to exterior to high performance - everything you need for your Stinger awaits you...
I have an exhaust note with my 2.0 t........every time I floor it!!
