Anyone have any experience with these or care to share some feedback about these brake rotors from IMR ? The price is what had caught my attention. Thanks

I don't have experience with them but I wouldn't buy them if you're planning on working them hard.

When I see drilled holes in lines like that, I think "zipper" ( cracks radiating from one hole to the next ).

Random drilled locations are safer.

But, if you're doing mostly commuting.... Try em.

Best bang for your buck rotors? Stop tech premium ? R1?

Not sure in the US market, but down here I'd say DBA T3's ( only when there's a sale though ).

There's a few to chose from. Stoptech, EBC, DBA, BCP, Fella, Bendix and so on.

Just pick one that suit your needs ( avoiding ones with linking drilled holes like those IMR if you're planning on pushing the brakes ).

I recently tried a set of cheap rotors ( "BCP", half the price of DBA ) and they were OK, but when pushed, they felt 'off'.

If $'s were no issue, Fella Alloy hats ( slotted only ). Mmmmm...

Yes drilled rotors can crack, most information I’ve read is go drilled if you want the looks but essentially slotted perform better.EC56B277-A31E-4775-A7F0-99C7E5928DB1.webp
