Bad IMR America

Stay well clear of this firm!!!! I ordered and payed for an exhaust system from them on february and now 5 months later absolutely nothing has happend, not recieved my order and getting any decent answer from them is hopeless... Everybody needs to be warned about these guys and not to purchase anything from them!!!!!

Here to say I ordered an Eibach Pro Kit from IMR last week and I had the pleasure of talking with Evan this AM, he's one of the most responsive, smartest and nicest vendors I've ever had the chance to speak to. Evan picked up at 8:30 AM and texted me my tracking numbers directly and took the time to even talk shop with me as a pal.

Amazing guy, 100% just a legitimate, passionate small business owner working to scale up and keep orders flowing while rapidly growing and dealing with all the supply challenges of our day. I happen to work in the Ecommerce Tech industry so we had a lot to chat about and I can tell you Evan is dealing with his growth and supply challenges better than most, he's just really passionate about this industry and doing nearly all of it himself.

10/10 review. Really happy with my purchase.

Cheers guys.

He’s nice until he screws you over. The man is very charismatic and makes you feel like you’re his most valuable customer until you aren’t . You got lucky this time, keep playing the IMR lottery you will lose eventually

I have the distinct insight of knowing this vendor for over a decade being able to witness him from the very start, a window you should say into the life of Evans and his “business endeavors”’

He started off in the 3000GT/ Stealth community (a community I am very well much a part of) and eventually worked his way over to this community (a community I am now newly apart of)

I can tell you one thing, the man is a great salesman and a poor businessman.

He was pulling this stunt with the 3000 community and still is selling whatever he possibly can and not delivering on it. if you’re curious just look it up with all of the things he’s “sold” over the years and never delivered on or have and the fitment doesn’t work at all and the part has to be modified and junked.

Now here’s MY story of how Evans almost ran away with over 20,000 dollars of my money

Rewind to 2019, When he owned a shop in Connecticut (where he started) due to the years of knowing him and his very charismatic charm, he sold me into dropping my 2008 Silverado off at his shop for a custom turbo build, 1/2 down, 1/2 when finished, i wanted something I could enjoy and I decided to trust him with this work because he had it ALL planned out.

Fast forward 1 1/2 years later it was being towed out on a wrecker and through the 1 1/2 years he managed to get the whole 20,000 dollars out of me and I had an incomplete truck. That I had to figure out how to finish.

I threatened to sue him and when he knew I had a case he told me he didn’t have the money to pay me what was owed back to me and that he could pay me with parts and parts cars he had laying around that I could otherwise part out and sell to recoup some of my losses.. if it wasn’t for the fact I’ve become an established and highly reputable used parts vendor in the 3000 community I would very well have dragged him to court.

Once I did get my truck finished I ended up having to take a massive loss on the truck and I ended up trading it for some 300k mile diesel pickup truck I could use for my business.. I couldn’t even stand looking at the truck anymore, not to mention it was so half assed that I didn’t want to deal with it breaking down at whatever point because the quality of the work was unsatisfactory

HE RAN A OIL RETURN LINE BY MY A/C so he just decided to disable my air conditioning without telling me, that was funny to find out after the fact..

A complete scam artist is what this company is,

It’s not a matter of if he will deceive you it’s a matter of when..

If you had a good experience, keep playing the IMR lottery, your time will come where you’ll be left holding the bag
