Just took delivery of my 2022 GT1 Ceramic Silver with red interior last night! Was offered a great deal on the trade of my 2017 VW Passat RLine that I had to do it.

This is not my first Kia, as the title suggests, I have had an '02 Rio that ended up being a lemon, they gave me an '05 Spectre, then went to a '12 Optima SX. My wife also had a '15 Sportage for a while.

Few plans for the Stinger, but probably not until after the dreaded NEOhio winter coming up... I loved ordering from David and K5 Optima store when I had my Optima, so can't wait to order from them again!

I was not sure how I would feel about the red interior at first, but I love it! And the CS exterior was my first choice by far.

Not far, I am in Stow. They didn't move much on the Stinger, but got a pretty good deal on my old Passat that made it worth it.

Will be getting it tinted on Friday finally! Have to go with 50% front and 15% back, I have been pulled over in 2 previous vehicles in my town for 35% tint on the front...

I will also be watching K8 Stinger Store Black Friday deals!

hey im wanting to get my windows tinted. i am going to use the place that my dealership uses.
what do i need to know? i dont want them pitch black dark, just enough for a little privacy and to help with utah summers.
will defrost modes affect the tint, or my dash cams? what about cleaning them to get my son's finger smudges off?
any input, thanks!

Depends on your state really. Ohio only technically allows 50% on the front 2 windows and nothing in the windshield. I had never had problems until I moved to my current town, been pulled over twice in 2 different cars. So I have 50% front and 35% in the back 3.

If I had been able to do what I want, I would have gone 35% front and 15% back, only reason I didn’t do 15% in the back is because it would have been to much of a contrast with the 50% front.

I got the ceramic tint, higher end and cost me $420, but I have a 3 year old and it has a lifetime warranty and is supposed to be scratch resistant.

As far as cleaning, I use Adams polishes glass cleaner, and it works perfectly!
